By listening to the retail customer’s needs, I developed online tools to better manage and ensure Mobil’s branding guidelines were satisfied across the network, managing all brand changes across internal and external teams. As well as performing day-to-day data analysis and recommendations within the Global Procurement Team, I was Project Manager for some key projects that led to reduced financial and environmental costs. Working closely and responsively across Visy teams as well as current and future service providers I documented, managed and delivered two large tenders including upgrades to site access and capital infrastructure and wharf cartage for 50 facilities across Australia.
