Lecturer of the common core of physics disciplines for engineering students. As a physics graduate researcher I conducted a fundamental investigation on the influence of deposition conditions and ex situ annealing processing on the photoluminescence of terbium or europium doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon nitrides (a-SiNx:H and a-SiNx:H). Fabrication and analysis of silicon-based thin films doped with rare-earths grown by electron cyclotron resonan plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (ECR PECVD).
