I've start working in the IT industry since 10+ years.Before on web app (css/html/javascript/php/mysql), then managing data across multiple enterprise systems with IBM Datastage technology for Mediamarket/Media World company.Now mostly acting as backend developer and engineer (java/sql/hibernate/git) and sometimes as team leader.Currently I'm working as backend developer and engineer on a mobile banking project for Mashreq bank, based in Dubai. My main responsibility are to develop all the new backend feature and services, and organize the work across a team made of 3 developers, either working beside me or remotely. I'm used to collect and translate functional requirements into technical tasks to be fulfilled by developers.
