A new logo, brand book and coordinated image; production of communication assets (photo shooting, video) and development of go-to-market materials (brochures, videos); media buying (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads);- Marketing budget management;- Planning and coordination of promotional projects such as: Tourism Infopoint; International Students One-Stop-Shop.

It was created by the Municipality of Milano and the Chamber of Commerce of Milano Monza Brianza Lodi to unleash the potential of the city and the metro region and increase its international relevance.We use the YesMilano brand to promote a sustainable and inclusive city, capable of welcoming and supporting younger generations.My role encompasses leading integrated communication strategies to strengthen Milano's global positioning as a sustainable destination for tourism, and as an innovation hub capable of attracting and retaining large-scale events, foreign investments, innovative startups and international talents..My tasks:Member of the core team of the Agency that sets the marketing & communication strategy for the promotion of Milano;Overseeing the communication channels of Milano&Partners: yesmilano.it website, social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Linkedin), vertical newsletters (tourism, international students, convention bureau);Definition of the editorial plan for the channels according to a calendar shared with the city’s stakeholders. Coordination of a dedicated newsroom and support to creative/pr agencies;Implementation of innovative, cross-channel content actions for the enhancement of the city's assets (sports, art, culture, design, fashion);Consumer insight analysis to support communication strategies, with adaptations for specific targets and markets;Management of PR & media relations activities on a national and international scale in collaboration with specialized agencies;Support to the marketing area for global campaigns through the YesMilano brand.
