Giacomo is Co-founder and Managing Partner (Amministratore Unico) of ADG 1990 S.r.l., a Consulting Boutique specializing in Strategic and Corporate Finance consulting servicing and Real Estate.The company ADG 1990 was founded in 2022 by professionals with complementary experiences and skills that enable the team to provide clients with strategy, corporate finance, operations, tax, accounting and legal professional services.The team is composed by three partners, two indipendent consultants and two employees, as well as a network of external engineers and technicians.The practice is mainly active in two areas of business:- Professional services to SMEs: strategy and operations advisory, corporate finance and M&A, tax and accounting, legal assistance- Real Estate and Construction: real estate services and investments through partnerships with primary national General Contractors and operators in north-east Italy, construction companies, engineers and architects, professional clients and investors.Previously Giacomo worked as Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory and he was part of the Real Estate practice delivering Strategy and Corporate Finance projects. He joined the Deloitte network in 2015 in the Monitor Deloitte | Strategy Consulting team where he was part of the Financial Services Industry practice and gained experience also in Food, Fashion and Luxury industries where he delivered projects on M&A, VC, Strategic Planning, Core and Transformational Innovation, Internationalization and Market Entry Strategy. He also worked on many blockchain use cases across industries in the Deloitte EMEA Blockchain Lab in Dublin.Before joining Deloitte, he worked for a leading bicycle components manufacturer, a Chartered accountancy firm in Italy and for a Global retail skincare and perfume brand in London. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration at Ca' Foscari University - 110 with honors. In his academic career he gained international experience studying across Europe – UK, France and Italy, as well as at a summer school programme at Harvard University.
