As Humanitarian Response Programme Manager for Emergency in Iraq my tasks are various: staff planning, monitoring of running activities, planning of new activities, fund raising, manegment of relationships with donors, authorities and other INGOs. Our program in the country is focused on providing Primary Health Care for both internal displaced persons and refugees, at the moment we are present in 6 camps within Sulaymaniyah Governorate of KR-G.

As Logistician I was in charge of all the non-medical structure of the hospital. Main tasks were: management of staff (cleaners, guards, maintenance, drivers), security, maintenance of the facilities (2 hospitals plus 30 First Aid Posts), shipments and cargos. My activity was directed supervised by the Medical Coordinator and the Programme Coordinator of the project. In Lashkar Gah, where I spent 6 months, I was also in charge of all administrative duties such as: accounting, bank management, salaries, staff management and contracts.

I was working within the Controllo di gestione department (management control system), directly under the General Direction responsibility. As IT technician, I was in charge of different software and database that were tools to extract data for reports and analysis.

I am inside Regione Emilia-Romagna's Health Area, specifically within Agenzia Sanitaria e Sociale Regionale (http://assr.regione.emilia-romagna.it/it/). I developed different managerial software for various scopes: from data entry to data extraction for statistical analysis. Software is both stand-alone and web-based. I'm working with .NET Framework, MVC and SQL Server.

My main project was about a client-server sistem for a multiplayer 3D platform, client was partially developed while server was totally developed by me. I was also the webmaster of society's website and I was involved also in video editing and beta testing. I used Delphi and .NET Framework 2.0.
