I deal mainly with:- Passive cycle: registration of purchase invoices - Italy, Intra and Extra UE - Active cycle: issuing sales invoices- Registration of first accounting note- Management of payments, withdrawal effects and insertion of Bank Receipts- Relations with banks- VAT settlements- Report bank amounts in Excel format (monitoring expenses, debits sdd, etc.)- Economic schedule, verification of payments to be received (with any reminders) and received- Archiving documents (any paperwork, bank accounts, bank statements)- Drafting of tables/reports in Excel format for internal use (company policies, etc.)- Use of foreign language (above all English) both written and spoken to exchange information with foreign customers and/or suppliers.- Management and sorting of incoming calls - Reception of customers
