I carry out reporting and statistics on the daily, monthly and annual basis of our customer care and our outsourcers and I perform analysis to ensure achieving the desired KPI. I help in the drafting of new procedures and processes and I organize training sessions in the classroom and through e-learning platform (Moodle).I take care of the planning of our suppliers in order to reach the sales KPIs set for our channel, I follow the final balances and the trend analysis.
