LEAD is setting up to be the point of reference for offline marketing strategies in Milan and in other major Italian cities such as Rome and Turin. Through events, partnerships, lead generation and real human relations, LEAD helps companies to plan and execute their offline growth strategy. As Business Developer I handled projects with innovative startups in the Italian and European frame, such as Dott, This Unique and HelloFresh. We created for them tailor-made partnership and brand activation strategies in order to reach their objectives faster and to get physically more in contact with their clients. Furthermore, I helped in the organisation of several editions of M!tt, a format of unique networking events which goal is to help participants bond and create meaningful connections with each other.

As International Manager I focused on creating new opportunities for JECatt by partnering up with companies and other associations. I cultivated relations, closed contracts and organized activities with big enterprises such as Mars, Amplifon and Oliver Wyman. As member of the Board of Directors I managed a team of 80+ people by working closely with 12 Heads and Deputy-Heads of Department. This improved my social skills and has had an enormous impact on the development of soft skills such as team working, conflict management and leadership.

JECatt is the Junior Enterprise of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. A Junior Enterprise is a non-profit Association that allows students to improve their skills through the Learning by Doing method, mostly by working on projects commissioned by clients such as startups, SMEs and big companies.I joined the Association in the Marketing & Communication department, where I worked with a team of 10 people. I focused on maintaining the brand image and identity of the Association through social media management (on Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin), with the goal of attracting new customers and of recruiting young talents. I managed successful advertisement campaigns on Meta For Business and created DEM campaigns and Newsletters for three different stakeholders on Mailchimp. I serves as Project Manager in a Social Media Marketing project, where I coordinated a team of 6 people. We designed a communication strategy (focusing on social media) for a Pharmacy and implemented it during the course of 3 months.

I managed and created content for the Instagram account of Dispenso, an innovative startup that aims to help students find their path in the University world.

I taught English at Italian kids through interactive games and tailor-made activities.
