Since July 2019 I have been working as Tour Leader for italian groups going abroad on vacation. I take care of logistics and organization during the whole trip, making sure everything runs perfectly and everyone ends up happy. I'm specialized in trips to Russia, in particular to the cities of Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

During this experience I was in charge of creating contents for the communication campaign #EnjoyRespectVenezia, as well as of translating texts and document from Italian to English and Russian languages. Moreover, I took part to a study about a new system of signposting for the city of Venice.

I was in charge of welcoming and assisiting international students arriving at Ca 'Foscari University, presiding over the dedicated Welcome Desk at Marco Polo Airport (VE) and at Ca' Foscari headquarters. I gained confidence in dealing with people coming from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds and I trained my problem-solving ability, as I had to autonomously deal with students' requests and issues.I also performed various back office operations (mail reply, data and document management) and I supported the office's staff in the organization of events dedicated to incoming students (Welcome Days).
