As Lingerie Expert my aim is to support every demanding customer to find what they are looking for. My daily activities concern:- Customer service: focus to customer requirements to allow customer’s dreams come true.- International and multicultural customer approach: tailored method different to culture to culture.- Connection with headquarter in Italy to give feedback about products and seasonal collections.- Attend to training to be update to fashion trends, seasonal colors, brand new fabrics.

F1 Technology is a limited company who owns and manages five Vodafone Stores located between Bergamo and Brescia (Italy).- The aim was to reorganize sales team in five Vodafone branches to increase the turnover.- POS daily visits: I improved my natural attitude to empathy and the ability in building relationships with manager, employee, customer.- I bolstered the sales staff (23 employees): weekly meetings taking stock of the situation and bringing out problems.- I arranged an Excel file to know, in each moment, the total amount of sales and the distance with the target.- I split Vodafone’s monthly target assigning daily, weekly and monthly goal to each POS based on location (street/shopping center) and footfall.- I made posters, brochures and marketing promotional material to boost definite products.

Bohēm is a retail shop in the sweets market located in Sarnico (BS) - Italy. - The aim was to find new packagings for the Christmas Season.- I’ve done market research looking for potential suppliers and products.- I’ve selected the best fews and made tests to check quality.- I’ve contacted a graphic designer to increase the beauty of the product.- I’ve handled the time to market to be ready for the delivery of Christmas Season.

MindTek is the NewCo who creates Synapse, a platform who adopts a mixed ecosystem of proximity marketing tools (Apps, Passes, Push notifications…) and proximity detection devices (especially Beacon). I took part of the team who setup the business plan and the investor proposal presentation. I conducted market research to find out potential applications and customers suitable for this innovative technology. The project was awarded with a 1.5M€ investment by an Italian investment company.

My daily activities consisted of:- Managing the ledger.- Ensuring tax compliance.- Managing and negotiation of outstanding claims.- Liaising with banks.- Preparation of data for the year-end financial statements.

My activity consisted of collecting data (graduation thesis) and cooperating with the GM in order to learn how to manage a nursery.

The aim was doing a market research, product and packaging analysis and quality control (companies and products) of new potential suppliers and players (1 month in China to make company visits and meetings) for an Italian fashion company specialized in leather goods and packaging.
