I am a TA lead with regional in-house, RPO and agency experience across banking, payment, commercial real estate and REIT sectors since 2011. Prior to that, I had held various roles in business development and marketing at leading real estate advisory firms in Greater China.A member of Citi Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition team, I am currently managing the end to end recruitment for Citi Global Wealth shared functions with out recruiters in Hong Kong and Singapore. I partner with key stakeholders to support the hiring within MarCom, Data Analytics, Risk Management, CBORC and Cards and Unsecured Lending functions.
