Credo che la formazione e il lavoro siano i più importanti fenomeni di vita sociale, strumenti per la crescita personale/professionale nonché mezzi per concorrere al progresso materiale e spirituale di una società. Per tale motivo, dopo la mia lunga esperienza in banca ho iniziato un percorso di autoformazione in politiche del lavoro. Inizialmente mi sono dedicato alle politiche attive per poi proseguire con le politiche passive. Oggi lavoro presso il centro per l'impiego di Lodi e nel 2023 inizierò a lavorare per il più grande istituto Europeo di previdenza sociale. Accanto alle competenze numeriche ed economiche si affiancano conoscenze e competenze in diritto amministrativo, diritto costituzionale, diritto commerciale, diritto del lavoro, legislazione sociale e contabilità pubblica. Tra le competenze e conoscenze acquisite in ambito lavorativo si segnalano profilazione quantitativa e qualitativa, DID/PSP, attività di orientamento/formazione, creazione del curriculum vitae.
