Chief of Marketing

The title had from the company was a Global Expert, who is well-adept and specialize with the accounts product and assigned the hands on train the new hires (1 to 1). We are responsible for monitoring their calls in real time and provide immediate assitance and provide feedback afterwards.

Responsible for Check-in & Check-out of guest, Cash Handling, Reservations, Opera Lite system literate.

Handles, store & assist guests baggage, responsible for transportation bookings (airport pick-up & drop-off, tours & car rentals, company bus servicing)

Assigned in a casual leisure bar establishment located near the pool facility. Serves guest with dinning and drinks on a daily basis, Catered functions and events (Hotels Aniversay, New Year and specail events)
