My professional career has been mainly oriented towards organisational, financial and economic activities in midsized Italian companies and in international enterprises' business units with the role of CFO and Managing director.I have developed extended financial and economic skills, dealed with banks, equity funds, auditors, professionals, customers and suppliers giving me the chance to fine-tune my negotiating skills by adopting a win-win attitude.Besides providing strong financial analysis and support, budgeting, reporting, fiscal compliance and statutory financial reporting, my approach to the role of CFO is guided by business understanding, communication and change management skills; this approach meant as a facilitator to deliver the business plan let me also fill roles of general management.I also personally managed projects as start-ups, M&A, filing to the Italian stock exchange and IT roll outs.
