Attualmente collaboro con il Corriere Vinicolo, Eurocarni, Il Pesce, Premiata Salumeria Italiana, Vinonews24, MPA Style, http://www.gianomarbison.com/.Seguo l'organizzazione, la conduzione e la moderazione di eventi. Sono curatore di seminari di aggiornamento professionale riconosciuti dall'Ordine dei Giornalisti.Sono membro del direttivo ArgaV dal 2017 e Unarga dal 2022.Sommelier diplomato Ais nel 2016 e WSET Level 2 dal 2018.Autore con Andrea Guolo di "Uomini e Carne" (ed.
