Enthusiastic about bringing people together and taking actions that impact their lives.I am an architect and urban planner by training, and my creative spirit has accompanied me throughout my career. I entered the innovation ecosystem as an enthusiast and constantly stayed connected. I had experiences with more traditional companies in the field of civil construction, with a postgraduate degree in project management. Still, I migrated from the area of activity.In 2018, I entered this path professionally through the Department of Development. I was able to dream together and realize the foundation of the Inova Contestado Innovation Center in Caçador, my hometown. This place created an innovative ambiance for entrepreneurs. It was the spot of essential programs and made a difference in people's lives. I was regional manager of the largest network of pre-incubators in Latin America, TXM Methods, in the Midwest of Santa Catarina, taking care of the Caçador, Videira, Fraiburgo, Joaçaba, and Lages units.I recently coordinated the Innovation Ecosystem Program, a pilot program spread across 10 Brazilian cities. I currently work as Manager of one of the 3 coworking units at Impact Hub Floripa. I continue volunteering in various Ecosystem initiatives, continuously contributing to "give first".
