SENIOR BI ConsultantAnalysis and realization of Business Intelligence Solution with SAP tools (BW, HANA, BO,BPC, IP, BI)

In this chemistry and engineering company I worked in the ICT team, reporting to the Global Application Manager. I was responsible for managing the design, development and maintenance of the Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse applications, implemented with SAP tools: SAP BW, BEX Analyzer, SEM BPS, Integrated Planning, SEM BCS, Microsoft BPC and Business Object (Crystal Report, WEBI and Analysis for Office).I have also designed some solutions on MS Power BI, Tableau, MS SQL Server and Oracle.I provided support to all the business areas and functional departments (Consolidated Financial, Accounting, Sales, Purchases, Production, Internal and External Logistic, etc.) located in multiple countries (Europe, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China and India) with different management systems (SAP ECC, Smart Plant Materials, EMS, etc.).I collaborated with the key business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze needs and lead the development teams in delivering data analysis and reporting solutions to be used to support Business operations.I was the owner of data flows and integrations to exchange key information between ours systems.In case of emergencies or for quick response I was able to intervene directly and independently on ours systems.Due to my technical skill I had also participated as team leader to the development of SAP ECC interface with different systems, using SAP PI.

In this consulting firm of ENI Group, I was the maintenance and development responsible of the SAP SD module for POLIMERI EUROPA.

In this chemistry company I was the responsible for managing the design, development and maintenance of the SAP SD module implemented in Italy and Europe. I had also participated to the development of an application for transport management and another for product availability control.I had to coordinate a team of external consultants.

I was involved in the migration of the internal management systems to SAP R/3 modules: SD, MM, FI and CO. At the beginning I worked as ABAP developer and later as SAP Business Analyst on SD and MM modules.During this period I attended some training on ABAP, SAP infrastructure and module SD and MM in SAP Italia.

In this chemistry company I was an in house software developer, in charge to the Information Technology’s team, responsible for the internal management systems developed on Mainframe IBM in CICS, COBOL, DB2 and VSAM.

In this consulting firm I was a software developer of an application for the Accounting marketed at various Customers and implemented on Mainframe IBM with CICS, COBOL II and DB2.

In this telecommunication company I was an in house software developer of applications implemented on Mainframe IBM with COBOL, CICS, DB2 and DL1; I worked mainly for the managing of product encodings, archiving documentation and the equipment’s bill of materials.During the early years I have participated in several classes on Programming, Databases definition, SQL language and operating systems (MVS, MS-DOS and UNIX).
