The RSS (Research and Service Support) Service makes available various EO data exploitation environments, for supporting EO algorithm development/integration/validation and EO data based service delivery, both to EO scientists and service providers. RSS provides as well an e-collaboration environment, named Join&Share, for supporting various communities of EO data users to share their knowledge. After many years of very successful operations, ESA decided to end the RSS support services on the 30th of June 2021 and to inform RSS users about the possibility to request support via the ESA Network of Resources (NoR) initiative starting from July 2021.
