Fusco-Art is my one-man operation, which includes pencil and ink illustration, graphic design, photo editing, 3D artwork, and video editing and design.

- Develop and mature program curriculum based on Academy mission statement - Coordinate & manage daily operations of the After-School Program- Manage evaluation and assessment procedures for the program- Supervise Academic and other after-school activities- Create social media campaign for new member outreach- Plan and launch fundraising events - Regularly plan and review multiple ongoing projects- Budgeting and financial reviews for program operations- Monitor program for health and safety hazard- Supervise and train junior staff where required- Ensure adherence to new COVID-19 health & safety regulations

- Instruct martial arts classes for students ages 4 and up- Update and streamline the school's curriculum to better reflect the changing needs of 21st century students- Organize and facilitate instructor meetings in order to develop the Assistant Instructors’ teaching skills- Worked with the Odyssey Community School, Connecticut’s first charter school, to integrate our martial arts into the Physical Education portion of their curriculum- Currently focusing on engaging new members utilizing social media & community-oriented service projects, such as Rebuilding Together, a non-profit helping low-income households- Ensure adherence to new COVID-19 health & safety regulations

- Provided weekly support to students registered for virtual online classes (CT Distant Learning Consortium)- Educated students by setting goals and working towards milestones- Tracked student academic performance in an efficient manner- Helped students build self-esteem, communication skills, and motivation

-Teach World History & Geography to differentiated levels of students in grades 6 & 7 through integrated, multimedia learning, courtesy of the GlobalEd 2 Project, to supplement the textbook and homework-Develop and write curriculum for 6th grade World History in absence of district’s said curriculum, in order to meet state and national standards in Social Studies and Literacy -Regularly meet with team-teachers and supervisor to exchange best practices and cooperatively develop weekly and monthly lesson plans to address students’ needs-Established and maintained productive working relations with students, parents and colleagues, through regular phone, electronic and written communications

Post a monthly blog on the Think Kindness blog focusing on kindness and ways to spread it.

- Teach children and visitors about the museum, including its programs on Connecticut history, exhibits and other learning opportunities, in both large and small groups.- Present outreach educational services to elementary and middle community schools.- Integrate educational expertise into program design and presentation- Routinely meet with department members to evaluate teacher critiques and adjust programs as necessary.

- Perform security screening: * Of persons, including tasks such as: hand-wanding, pat-down searches, and monitoring walk-through metal detector screening equipment * Of property, including the operation of x-ray machines to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers; and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft- Control entry and exit points- Continuously improve security screening processes and personalperformance through training and development

-Teach a 5-week, credit-free course in Beginner Italian language to adults.-Flexible nature of the program required that I develop a curriculum for the program-Position required an ability to simplify complicated material into a condensed, understandable program.

- Responsible for the safety and security of the entire United Technologies Research Center facility. - Patrol the premises regularly to secure all exits and highly sensitive areas. - Monitor the facility continuously via video cameras. - Position required Security Clearance, aptitude for detailed work, and a strict adherence to security -policies
