Breaking down the Volvo Warranty Policy and Procedure Manual into Volvo SharePoint- Previous problem: Analysts and Dealers had to manually search through the entire PDF for desired information, a time-consuming task for locating specific statements - Solution: All individual headers (with new codes) are now separated and grouped into subsections within each chapter/section in SP making the search for relevant information much more efficient - Analysts and Dealers can either directly use the search bar to find needed information or browse the subsections to find the category of relevant info they need​2. Researching and providing a list on SharePoint of varying Franchise Laws state to state regarding warranty procedures- Previous problem: Analysts have no direct source to view the varying warranty procedures that differ state by state, therefore having to manually research online state statutes when working with Dealers across the country- Solution: A list has been created providing Analysts with every state’s key warranty statute information including legislature codes, days to submit, process, and pay claims, labor and parts rate, audit frequency, and chargeback times
