Giancarlo Sapelli was a law clerk at Wasatch Family Law where he helped with discovery, drafting statements, affidavits and other legal documents. He also researches and writes articles for www.wasatchfamilylaw.com. As a third-year student at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Giancarlo was also a member of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a student member of the Federalist Society. In addition to serving as a law clerk at Wasatch Family Law, Giancarlo is also the assistant to the editor at Utah Journal of Family Law. His prior legal experience includes serving as a law clerk for The Law Offices of Kirk A. Cullimore, LLC, in Sandy, Utah, and in a summer externship for the Family Law Division of Community Legal Services.Prior to entering the legal profession, Giancarlo obtained two degrees. The first was a Bachelor's in Political Science, History minor from the University of Arizona and later, his Master's in Leadership from the Nortern Arizona University, where he graduated with distinction.Giancarlo's love for family and children is what inspired Giancarlo to work in family law, after an eight-year term of teaching junior high.
