Sou apaixonada por promover a cultura e a música, o que me levou a fundar a Agência ArteMatriz Soluções Culturais e criar o projeto Ciclovia Musical. Fui Diretora Executiva do Instituto Baía dos Vermelhos, ampliando meu escopo de impacto na área cultural. Fui Oboísta e Corne-Inglês na Orquestra do Teatro Municipal de São Paulo.Sou Bacharel em Música/Oboé pela Universidade de São Paulo. Aperfeiçoei meus estudos na Escola Superior de Música e Artes Dramáticas de Stuttgart, Alemanha, onde completei minha Pós-Graduação Artística em Música/Oboé como Aluno Destaque com Menção "Com Louvor". Possuo um MBA em Bens Culturais: Cultura, Economia e Gestão pela FGV/SP e um Nanodegree de Startup Founder pela Udacity, Concluí o curso “The Cycle: Management of Successful Arts and Cultural Organizations” na University of Maryland e Coaching Pessoal e Profissional pela Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching. Participei do programa de Aceleração de Negócios e Empreendedorismo da FGV/SP e no Accelerator Day da STARTSE. Conquistei o 2º lugar no Demo Day da Udacity com um pitch sobre a Startup BossaWay. Fui selecionada para falar na Velo-city 2022 Conference em Liubliana, com o tema: “Ciclovia Musical (Musical Bicycle Path): creative way to introduce the bicycle as a means of transportation in São Paulo, Brazil” Sempre busquei levar a cultura e a arte a novos patamares, unindo minha paixão pela música com habilidades de gestão e inovação. Estou sempre aberta a novas conexões e oportunidades que me permitam continuar a promover a arte e a cultura em diversos contextos.I am the founder of ArteMatriz Cultural Solutions Agency and creator of the Musical Bike Path project. I served as Executive Director of the Instituto Baía dos Vermelhos and was an oboist and English Horn player with the São Paulo Municipal Theater Orchestra.I hold a bachelor’s degree in music/Oboe from the University of São Paulo, a postgraduate qualification in music/Oboe from the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart (Magna Cum Laude), an MBA in Cultural Assets from FGV/SP, and a Startup Founder Nanodegree from Udacity. Additional credentials include courses in arts management (University of Maryland), coaching (Brazilian Society of Coaching), and business acceleration (FGV/SP and STARTSE).Recognized for innovation, I earned second place in Udacity’s Demo Day for my Startup BossaWay pitch and spoke at the Velo-city 2022 Conference on the “Musical Bike Path” project.
