Co-founder of Asha - The Eco Based Company, where she brings the applied concept of ecoluxury to Brazil. Furthermore, she is a Partner and Head of Strategy and Innovation at Mercobor - Rubber Artifacts Industry and Trade Ltd. She is a pioneer in bringing Biomimicry to Brazil, she was one of the first 100 people in the world to become a certified Biomimicry Specialist. She combines engineering with her passion for nature to promote innovation, creativity and leadership through Biomimicry. She holds a Master in Production and Systems Engineering, she is a certified Biomimicry Specialist by Biomimicry 3.8 (USA), and she is Graduated in Mechanical & Production Engineering. In addition, she studied Leadership for Transition at Schumacher College (London and Brazil) and Bio-Leadership at the Amani Institute. She gives workshops, courses and lectures in Brazil and around the world at events such as TEDx Mauá, TEDx AcrossTheAmericas, Path Festival, Biomimicry Summit, Globo News Prisma, Creative Mornings, among others. She also works as a guest Professor in MBA and Postgraduate courses at several Universities such as FAAP, Unisinos and Feevale. She is a member and business advisor of the FIERGS (CONLIDER) and FIESP (CEJ) Committees.
