The student committee provides a platform for students to voice their concerns, opinions, and suggestions during the whole academic year in IOB. We serve as a bridge between the student body, the administration, and the professors, ensuring that student perspectives are considered in decision-making processes

The Water Watch Program is an initiative between IOB- University of Antwerp and Mzumbe University in Tanzania to work together on data surveys, drawings, songs, and water test applied to students. The final goal is to updated research that calls to action and would improve the access and quality of water in some schools in Bagamoyo.

Provided impact data and performance reports for internal and external use. Trained 30 direction leaders, consolidated, elaborated, and followed up the Provincial Strategic Development Plan. Supervised an eight-person team to elaborate and analyse the information on investment projects. Provided technical training in using and managing the Results-Based Management Platform. Conducted ten peer-review evaluations.Collected, systematized, and kept custody of accountability reports.Developed indicators for the planning system. Analysed statistical information on management indicators.

Analysed the reforms carried out in Ecuador during the government of Lenin Moreno and their impact on the labour system. Did the historical-normative analysis of the reforms of labour standards directly linked to the agreements signed between the International Monetary Fund and Ecuador.

Conducted research on the Foreign Policy Decision-Making Process. Coordinated inter-agency activities and stakeholders (donors, government, civil society).

Supervised a team of 10 people to carry out quantitative and qualitative research. Elaborated weekly reports on the behavior of the community and the content of the information and communication media of Ecuador. Generated indicators and monitored the information recorded in the Public Media Register. Analise quantitative and qualitative data to prepare insightful and impact reports.

Coordinated the statistical commission for the development of new indicators on corruption in line with the National Development Plan and the Sustainable Development Goals. Delegated by INEC to work with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime on the proposal of corruption indicators. Collected information, reviewed bibliographic sources of indicators, and built methodological sheets for the statistical system.

Performed exploratory data analysis and calculation of economic and social indicators. Assisted in the elaboration of technical and methodological notes of statistical content. Elaborated the theoretical and methodological framework for the construction of institutional working documents.
