Gian is the CEO at Blendpaper, manufacturer of specialty paper, and partner of RGF & Associados, a restructuring and management consultancy he co-founded in 2012. He holds a bachelor’s degree in administration from Boston University, and attended a post-graduate course in business administration at IMD, Switzerland. He was a Consultant at MGDK & Associados and Monitor Co., Founding Partner of Viajo.com Brazil, Organox and e-Fotos, and IT executive at Grupo Ultra, COO at IG and Vice President at San Antonio International, and President at Ledervinmatec. Additionally, Gian taught a course in Strategy & Management at Casa do Saber (House of Knowledge), and is an advisor to two companies: Think About IT, which has rendered IT infrastructure services for medium and large companies for over ten years; and Jobecam, an HRTech startup that offers a platform for recording Video CVs and Video Interviews.
