Gianfranco Importuna is in the Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Vendor Management at ENI S.p.A since September 2012. ENI is an Italian multinational oil and gas company, present in 79 countries, and currently Italy's largest industrial company. Actually he is responsible for suppliers performance feedback management , ethical code compliance , Vendor rating, suppliers master data management.Prior to this, he was the Supplier Quality Metallic Manager at Fiat Group from March 2010 to May 2012. In this role, he was responsible for body and weldment area (stamping, welding), chassis area (suspension, braking systems, steering systems, exhaust systems) for Fiat Auto. He was responsible of 34 supplier quality engineers's job management, reporting to supplier quality director , for advance projects such as development and launch of new models and current projects such as quality incoming parts and systems for mass production of Fiat manufacturing plants across the teams, for FGA sector.
