- Handle phone calls and emails, provide guidance to students or parents regarding residential issues or directing them to the appropriate resources for resolution.- Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.

- Collaborate in a team of 7 officers to brainstorm, prepare, and execute weekly events as well as semesterly tournaments both internally and regionally with schools such as the University of Texas- Delegate post-meeting action items to officers, contribute to brainstorming and executing fundraising events as well as contacting sponsors to find suitable sponsorship for the club’s operations.- Manage and handle up to $5,000 in cash for events and equipment used for the daily operation of the club

- Creating connections through active networking with 550+ members of MISSO as well as corporate partners- Increase knowledge of the MIS field by attending professional meetings with recruiting companies, bi-annual career mixers, and workshops to obtain insight into corporate culture and find opportunities within various aspects of technology- Attend 1-on-1 meetings with Database officers to learn more about Database system and how to design and manage a database system for corporation- Attend 1-on-1 meetings with the Personal Development officer to enhance on networking skills, resume building, mock interview as well as many other business-related field.
