Giang's work is divided into 3 main parts with the approximate proportion below:DIGITAL MARKETING (50%)Achievement: - Reconstruct Family Medical Practice's Website into mobile friendly-version (2016) [Project Leader]- Re-structure *9999's website (2017) [Project Coordinator]- Increase number of followers on FMP’s fanpage from 13,000 to over 20,500 likes in 1 year, with a limited budget less than 500USD monthly on online marketing.EVENTS – COMMUNICATION (40%)Achievement:- Support in organizing EMR *9999's Press Conferences in 2016 (over 30 journalists attended) and 2017 (around 20 journalists attended). - Attend and support FMP in big events such as: Color Me Run (2015), HCMC Run (2015, 2017), Japan Festival (2016), Consulate Bazaar (2016), Champion Dash (2017), etc.ADMIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE (10%)

Throughout the 6 months internship at Family Medical Practice, Giang was in charge of database input, documents translating, content development for digital platforms, and support the team in conducting statistics report and customer survey.

Being chosen as an interpreter for a meeting between Vietnamese engineers and Shinmaywa – a leading Japanese company in waste water treatment equipment, Giang took the responsibility to translate related documents, interpreter all meetings and communicate with the Japanese staff to ensure the 5 days trip in Japan gone well.

Giang took the role as collaborator in HR Department of BELL Club – the oldest and largest English club in UEH. Being a part of the team, she participated in various events organizing by BELL, notable as: Dream Big 2013 (English singing competition), International Exchange Student Program, etc.
