Led development for Halliburton Delivery Framework (HDF) in desktop app using .NET framework programming, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Structured Query Language (SQL), Entity framework for SQL and Oracle for database accesses. Designed communication service with HDF online using Windows Communication Services (WCF), SAP with custom services and PO/PI. Application used by 3K field users.• Led and contributed to development of modules for licensed 3rd party application, used by 1.5K service coordinators to schedule and track company's field services.• Built SOAP services to allow applications from other departments and clients to securely access data and services providing centralized access to data and single point for code development or correction to reduce development and maintenance cost.• Analyzed requirements from potential clients to propose solution and development needed using Halliburton developed applications. Discussed with peers, leading to accepted solutions which resulted in 2 custom development contracts with clients.• Managed projects using Microsoft Team Foundation Services and Share-point for information sharing allowing code development according to agile process for quick product to market.• Automated code regress testing using Microsoft Coded-UI standard, validating functionality implemented and early detection and correction when new functionality is implemented affecting existing functionality, reducing cost and time to market.• Created and managed cloud Azure virtual machines to reduce cost instead of using physical servers in data center. • Used big data Splunk software and CA Wily APM to monitor 50 servers in analyzing production issues and trending to propose improvements and proper system’s health monitoring, reducing system down time to 1 incident in last 2 years from average 2 per year in past.• Provided 3rd level customer support to resolve application issues, helping gain revenues during month end closing period.

STB were deployed to 1000’s of guest rooms in casinos such as Wynn, Metropolitan casinos in Las Vegas, Revel casino in Atlantic City, and Mandarin Oriental hotel chain in Hong Kong using embedded Windows.• Mentored team of junior software engineers to implement various in-house software solutions for clients in company's consulting capacity to deliver custom software for clients using STBs using Git, embedded Linux. • Designed SW architecture and implemented embedded multimedia systems for home, hospitality and Multiple-Dwelling-Units (MDU) markets. Deployed to 100’s of homes in Clear Lake area for internet access and Video-On-Demand (VOD) services.

Evaluated and prototyped set-top-box solutions using WindowsCE for Compaq’s iPaq Internet Appliance. Worked with 3rd party vendors to implement applicable SW to support iPaq platform. • Key architect for Rendering Accelerated Graphics Engine (RAGE). Performed behavior modeling of architecture using Universal Markup Language (UML) behavior tool and Verilog simulator resulting in 10 granted patents and licensed by Analog Device to be used in product.
