- Gather real-time and historical data for market research and customer analysis from both BCOs and shipping liners to conduct report to for APAC team.- Monitor and manage company social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as required, with the aim to restart container project at the Saigon Premier Container Port in Nha Be district, HCMC including establishing daily news, reports and daily port activities on SPCT's Linkedin, Facebook and other platforms.- Plan and host PR and Marketing activities to increase brand exposure and enhance customer relationships and encourage knowledge-sharing in RORO shipping industry through Business conferences and Orientation events for University students.- Support Commercial team in preparing accurate quotes and practicing customer service with current and potential customers including shipping liners and BCOs.

- Work under Department of Student Recruitment, RMIT University Vietnam to host Marketing and Communications events for prospective high-school students.- Demonstrating leadership and professionalism by leading a team of 40 students to promote & provide academic knowledge and extra curriculum experience from sharing events at RMIT Univeristy to prospective student, current students, families, other high school and college counselors.- Schedule campus visit for multiple school groups, guidance councilors, and independent consultants.

- Participate in a team of Student Ambassadors to assist prospective students to understand the benefits of attending college through Induction events by RMIT University Vietnam.- Co-host and manage annual large-scale Marketing and Communications events such as Experience day, which attracts up to 2000 people of prospective students and parents. - In- charge of MC and "tour-guide" to provide knowledge of academic, student life and university infrastructure to prospective high-schoolers.
