Business Development Manager
Current- Be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing business profits while managing the overall operations.- Illustrate and develop the annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies- Optimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with the Vit Quay Than Hong's strategic plan- Setting measurable objectives for P&L, budgets, manpower planning- Develop and Implement systems in place for monitoring compliance to established stores and service standards - Ensure sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters- Setting and maintaining professional relationship with other departments, vendors and stakeholders- Devise yearly strategy and ensure that this is monitored, maintained and adjusted if needed- Propose the business idea to develop the Vit Quay Than Hong brand, report to Vice President monthly
