About Giang Pham

Giang Pham is a freelance photographer/writer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He believes in the strong impact of visuality on people's awareness and the value of images as a creative medium to tell stories, which plays a crucial role in his main interests including culture, society, and humanities.Being passionate in photography and writing, he chose to follow photography/journalism as his career to pursue his dream of traveling around the world to explore, to learn and to share. He has been working all over Vietnam and Europe focusing on documentary, photojournalism and development area since 2013.With a background in International Relations from Bachelor level and Journalism, Media and Globalisation at Master level, plus experience working with several agencies such as EFE, Vice or International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, etc., he has a strong competence for future work.
