Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager
Current• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes nationwide, from sourcing, screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers and onboarding.• Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.• System Champion: Act as the super user of the ATS, collaborate with the regional team for system integration (with HRIS/MyHR), implement AI for recruitment (Phenom) and onboarding platform (Enboarder).• Project Recruitment (mass recruitment) support for new project (Hung Yen, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Da Nang, Can Tho, etc.)• Management Trainee Program: Implement full recruitment & EB for the MT program nationwide • Employee engagement: Organize internal engagement activities such as Year End Party, LeadershipEngagement Meeting, Health & Wellbeing, Health Talk, GoTeach/CSR activities, etc.• Facilitator for training courses (e.g., 6 Leadership attributes, Leading change)
