Reporting directly to the Group CFO, I have the following responsibilities:Funding: ○ planning and achieving on-balance financing transactions, including committed, uncommitted and syndicate facilities○ drafting and negotiating contractual and financial conditionsCash and Liquidity Management: ○ forecasting all cash payments in and out across all areas of the business in order to identify any potential shortfalls, or indeed surpluses to be re-invested○ optimising the Group's cash management position Currency and Interest risk management: managing hedging strategies by Forwards, Currency Swaps, Currency Options, Interest Rate Swaps and Forward Rate AgreementsCorporate Financial Management:○ evaluating proposed projects (NPV, CAPM, APT, WACC), business combinations and sales of assets to choose those that are most beneficial ○ building business plan ○ developing financial analysis models○ drafting and negotiating contractual and financial conditionsM&A transactions: debt restructuringISDA Agreements: negotiating schedules and confirmations

Main tasks involved:- Planning and achieving on-balance financing transactions, including committed, uncommitted and syndicate facilities, drafting and negotiating the documentation.- Managing ISDA Agreements, negotiating schedules and confirmations with major international bank, with reference to all current definitions, and in particular: 2000 ISDA Definitions, 1999 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions, 1998 ISDA FX and Currency Option Definitions, 1996 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions.- Assisting Fiat Group foreign treasury vehicles in relation to negotiating contractual and financial conditions with banks.

Main tasks involved:- Currency risk management, interest risk management through the use of financial derivatives for risk hedging: Forwards, Currency Swaps, Currency Options, Interest Rate Swaps and Forward Rate Agreements.- Analysis of risk management results: sensitivity, profit and loss.- Technical and economic analysis of currency and interest rate markets. - Support to the investment valuation in foreign countries.
