Monitor, evaluate results based on KPIs, QCM.Handle complex problems beyond the ability and scope of employees' work such as provide technical support, handle customer complaints, or seek assistance from other relevant department heads.Recruit, interview and train staffs.Support, motivate staffs.Supplement, modify the company's customer support policies, promote their implementation.Manage revenue from services, customized on demand.Build and improve the process of customer support. Improve service standards by implementing employee absence procedures, recording programs, and creating feedback templates.Organize and lead the meeting of the process improvement, cross-departmental meetings (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure efforts are aligned with company business goals and improve client relations.Manage and analysis projects, use Redmind or JIRA for management.
