Managing and coordinating all of the vendors’ onboarding for Italy and Spain into the Vendor Flex program.

I am responsible for the Italian launches of new vendors into a program called Vendor Flex.Vendor Flex: one of the most attractive and fast-growing business models in the Amazon universe. It consists in warehouses with Amazon stock and customer shipments activities, directly in-plant of our biggest products sourcers in ItalyManaging a team of four professionals that assist me into ensuring the successful completion of the below areas. 1. Business Development: analyzing and pitching potential vendors to discover new opportunities. Illustrating project to vendors, creating business cases to understand profitability for both parties, negotiating terms & fees. Completing white papers for finance and senior stakeholders to approve, discussing contracts’ terms with legal and etc2. Project Management: ensuring that all of the internal teams work alongside for the successful launch of the project; transportation, HR, legal, H&S, taxes, IT, recruitment, configuration team and etc. Hiring personnel for each project, conducting H&S agreement, ensuring logistics feasibility, and system configurations. 3. Operations Management: ensuring the successful logistical launch of the nodes across Italy; volume ramp up, equipment, IT configurations, layout and etc

Pragma is a leading strategy consultancy specialising in retail and consumer markets, airports and commercial spaces. Pragma has won the Finance Monthly Global Award for Consultancy firm for the year 2015. - Worked on a continuing project for a UK airport. For instance, I was tasked with analysing available data acquired through infield surveys with over 2000 respondents, and completing a passenger insight study report (car parking, landside retail & F&B, and airside). - Repeatedly asked to present analysis and findings to the division, including ongoing progress and final reports.- Additionally, responsible for acquiring and analysing key data with regard to commercial spaces. For example, identifying the target demographics, spending behaviour and the main competitors for a substantial commercial space that is under development in the Middle East.- As part of training, formulated my own case study on a prominent UK retailer. Diligently researched and analysed the business, including creating a questionnaire and interviewing more than 60 people. This was on key aspects such as, current proposition, customer base, competition, market dynamics, and commercial performances. - Worked extensively with Excel (data analysis), and PowerPoint (reports and presentations).

- Worked in the marketing department and assisted CEO on managerial tasks- Created specific marketing campaign for various fairs, such as, the 2016 KBIS in Las Vegas- Used techniques such as:word-of-mouth, call to action, and content marketing to attract a broader nationwide clientele- Helped the team, through the creation of successful marketing campaigns, to open 8 more locations throughout the United States

Worked in the FP&A division shadowing the head of finance during, for example, the writing of the income statement for the year 2015. Furthermore, assisted the CEO during board meetings and managerial tasks.
