Over twenty -five years of experiance in the hospitality industry. His first work experience in 1983, and since 1989 holding positions with growing responsabilities.Entrepeneur and Manager, takes its first steps in the Hospitality field attending of the hotel school of Massa Carrara.Afterwards he graduates in Economics and Technology of Tourism at CST of Assisi, From 1991 to 1996 he continues his career growth working with Club Vacanze and Viaggi del Ventaglio holding management positions in various fields, finally obtaining in1994 the position of Hotel Manager of the Grand Hotel Royal e Golf di Courmayeur,where he remains for the following three years.In 1996 he joins Bonaparte Hotel Group as General Manager of the two Radisson Hotels in Bergamo and Brescia.In 2000 he becomes partner of Metha Hotel Group spa (that was later acquired by Idea Hotels), holding the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Group until the end of 2010.During this experience he opens 33 hotels located in the most important Italian and foreign cities, affilitating the different hotels to vaious internationalbrands, including among these IHG,Marriot,and Accor.In 2004, having created only in Rome more than 400 workplaces, he is awarded an honorary Degree by the Italian Parliament, and in the same year he becomes president of the Association of italian IHG hotel owners (representing in that period more than 55 affiliated hotels). From 2010 until 2012 he provides consultancy to italiana hotels and CHC Group, acting as GM for both of the companies. In 2012 he is called to follow the Radisson Blu Es Hotel Rome (five stars) holding the position of Managing Director of the hotel till year 2016. In the same period he build a new hotels company named: Hotel Four Management And Consulting now Renamed Italian Hotel Company , with Roberto Riccio as co founder and partner . With this Company Gianluca and Roberto manage with lease and Management contract 6 hotels in Italy. In Genuary 2018 Gianluca and his Partner where called from Puccini Family to Manage Grand hotel Ritz end Regent Hotel now Radisson Blu GHR Rome .
