When I started my career, being a test engineer for Electric/Electronic systems on premium brand vehicles was something exciting. Design a test, go on vehicle, report and discuss improvements with designers. Actually that is something related to the past. The science of testing electronic systems is now changing as well as the automotive industry: disruptive innovations are definitely driving the industry to some new horizons never explored before.Contributing in autonomous drive development is now something epic! Change completely your point of view, interact with software developers, data scientists, new suppliers, run into people you would never imagine... everything to develop a technology that represents a "step on the moon" onto our world.The AD team and I work every day to guarantee in the next future an AD system safe and secure, verified and validated in a way to be a first step to get to the next AD classification levels (from L3 to L5).I am happy to manage a fantastic organization of +25 people and 4 teams across different regions. Our cultural diversity is the trigger for new fantastic success day by day.Meanwhile I keep working on personal development: I have a Design for Six Sigma black belt certification and graduated at the University of Turin in Master of Business Administration (International Edition) .
