Technical process operator on FIRENZE FPSOThe plant include:H2S Removal unit(petended system by Merichem that use LOCAT solution for remove the H2S from sour gas and turn it into sulfur);hot oil heaters;three phase separators;sour water treatment;sws column;stabilizer oil column;glycol dehydration unit;chemicals dosage;gas compression(gas lift compressors,kick off compressor,fuel gas compressors and booster compressors.Utilities: Fresh water generators from sea water,instrument air compressors, nitrogen generator,ground flare system and gas metering.Operate/monitor plant process and utilities system effectively and safely.Facilitate routine maintnance by isolations and reinstatement liaising with control room operator and production operator.Start-Up/Shutdown and operations of plant process and utilities systems understanding safe limits of operationsUnderstand/implement all company procedures applicable to job (Isolations, Permit to work, Operational, Fire and Gas, etc.)Know emergency response actions and duties as required in abnormal/emergency situation, as per the Emergency Response ProcedureKnow and understand safe working practices and actions required to maximize safety and minimize commercial lossPrepare/isolate plant for intrusive maintenance in accordance with the isolation and safety proceduresUndertake maintenance of equipment as requiredAssist and work with Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians, Mechanical Operators and Mechanical Fitters, Laboratory Technicians when working on process systemsMonitor/undertake the correct operations of all process plant and equipmentSupport operations and optimizations of daily requirements for chemical dosing associated with the process systemProvide general housekeeping duties in work areaKeep update logs/record sheets for process as required.ENI FLOATERSBrindisiItalia
