Pre-Opening• Set-up of fitness centre, pool area, cabanas, beach and kids’ club, including implementation of policies & procedures, operation criteria, follow-up and receiving of operational equipment, recruitment, follow-up on construction development and snagging of recreation areas, set up of maintenance programs. Creation of recreation collateral, membership details and programs. Organized First Aid & AED training programs for all staff members. Design & develop pool amenities box, water sport Hut, mobile towel hut, first aid and lifeguard pool stations. • Responsible for the set-up of the spa operations in the absence of a Director of Spa for 3 monthsDaily Operation – In charge of the daily operation of the recreations area including fitness centre, kids’ club and pool, Olympic size outdoor swimming pool, 10 day-use private cabanas with Jacuzzis, and beachfront. safety of every guest at all times. • Report directly to the Deputy General Manager; train and supervise an international team of 18 staff members• Responsible for recreation membership including application, guest relations, and collection of guest preferences, develop personalized program for each member. • Supervise guests bookings, follow-up on guests satisfaction and handle guest complaints• Daily quality control ensuring service excellence and safety standards • Part of the Monthly Manager On Duty shift in charge of all hotel operation• In charge of receiving, ordering, keeping inventory of supplies • Attend daily executive meeting and lead department meetings• Ongoing liaison with the resort’s various operational departments, work orders request, maintenance programs, cleaning schedules.

Pre-Opening • Part of the pre-opening team: set-up the dive centre, dive boutique, water sport centre and medical centre, including policies and procedures, equipment, collateral, exploration of the dive sites and excursions Daily Operation – activities include diving and snorkeling trips, diving courses, dolphin cruise, big game and bottom line fishing trips, private boat charter, water sports activities. • Assist the Director of Operations in the day-to-day operation of the dive and water sport centres including: logistics of boats and crew, quality control, roaster assignments • Supervise an international team of 33 staff members •.In charge of receiving, ordering, keeping inventory of the dive retail boutique • Main guest contact: provide guests with information and supervise guests bookings, follow-up on guests satisfaction and handle guest complaints • Ongoing liaison with the resort’s various operational departments In the absence of the Director of Operations: • In charge of the entire operation of the dive, water sport and medical centers • Attend resort daily briefing and other meetings as required • Prepare the monthly revenue report The boat fleet includes: 3 Dhoni boats (17-metre long motor boat), 1 luxury 21-Metre long sailing yacht, 1 parasailing boat, 2 speedboats, one Boston Whealer, 2 Zodiacs, 3 catamarans, 25 kayaks

• In charge of the daily operation of the Dive Safari Boat including organization of the diving courses and trips, staff roaster, administration, guest relations, Staff recruitment, set-up and management of the onboard boutique, organization of onboard SPA (Reservation, Promotion, Staff roasters, administration, purchasing and inventory, staff recruitment).
