Applying his industr-based knowledge and business acumen, manage the company toward the attainment of agreed upon sales and profit goals, working whitin the framework of company values and policies.Is charged of the following duties:- BUSINESS & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENTDirect, manage and implement the firm's overall business development plan, including objectives, long range planning and business opportunitie. develop, manage and execute strategies to improve and expand organization's strategic market position and to achieve growth and financial profitability;- OPENING OF NEW STORES.Apply industry-based knowledge and business acumen to direct and develop CAMICISSIMA expansion and oversee opening of new stores in Italy and America (North, South and Center America). Manage and direct the relations with third parties/contractors, develop the entreprise's industry-based contacts, negotiate conditions and terms of contracts, and oversee the opening of new stores.- FINANCIAL.Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budget management, cost control as well as operational and financial reporting.- MARKETING.Manage and coordinate marketing campaign including public relations, advertising, promotions and projecting the right image.

In furtherance of his duties he is developing the entreprise's industry-based contacts, negotiate conditions and terms of contracts with suppliers, and direct the firm's operations in the United States.
