- Business development- Tender submission for the acquisition of new funded projects: market analysis, consortium building, preparation of technical and financial offers- Project management and backstopping of technical assistance projects (financed by EU, WB, ADB, AfDB etc)

Real Estate administration and management. Real estate and land appraisals. Selection, contracting and supervision of suppliers and subcontractors.Provision of technical assistance and extension services in the field of agriculture, farm management and phytosanitary issues, organic farming, food safety, food quality control and environmental monitoring;Identification and management of public and private funds for establishment, management and development of agricultural and livestock farms.

Implementation and Management of Technical Assistance TendersImplementation, Backstopping and Management of Service Contracts financed by EU, WB and other private donors (follow-up and coordination of the project implementation: drafting contracts, planning, missions organisation, reports preparation, budget management and communication, and overall project backstopping)

Certification coordinator, in compliance to the standards of U.S.D.A.-N.O.P., J.A.S., BIO SUISSE, KRAV, C.A.A.Q. and Soil Association;- Trainer and coordinator for inspectors (about 50 inspectors in Italy and abroad), for the above cited standards;- Drafting of the documents used during inspection in the organic farms outside Italy.- Assistance to importers for obtaining the authorization for import licenses from third countries and issuing of the import certificates;- Writing of technical guidelines for organic production (farm, livestock, and processed products);- Writing of technical guideline for snail breeding;- Writing of articles about the certification activity on the company newspaper (15000 copies printed every three months);- Inspector for organic farms in Romania, Senegal, Ukraine and Burkina-Faso;- Participation to the main International and Italian exhibitions on agriculture and organic farming (Biofach; SANA)
