I’m a licensed building engineer and architect graduated in Politecnico di Bari (Italy). I carry out my job with a keen interest in sustainable architecture, interior design, and digital visualization. Thanks to the fruitful collaboration with the company Costruzioni 4.0 srl, I have concluded several works, with bills of quantities amounting to several million euros, in the role of designer and/or construction manager for new buildings in residential, to energy efficiency works connected to the Italian tax bonuses for construction (superbonus, ecobonus, sismabonus).I do regularly collaborate with construction companies, building supply and furniture brands, architectural firms, and private clients, with the aim of conceiving and creating elegant and tasteful projects, supported by hi-quality 3d images, which I can create in rendering softwares, learnt after many hours of training and experience gained in the courses attended with the Black Balance Studio (London).In my university education and subsequent work experience, I have acquired the necessary skills in the field of general Italian building regulations, in management of building permissions, and all the work connected to tax bonuses related to constructions. I am authorized to send and modify cadastral documents.With my experience in Planetek Italia, I’ve learnt how to work in a big team. I’m always looking for the best and fastest way to improve my knowledge and my workflow, which I do by continuously investing in training, courses, software and hardware for my job.I carry out my tasks in a precise way, respecting deadlines. I consider myself a serious person, reliable and used to work in a team. I believe I have a creative and curious mentality, which I have matured, as well as in my professional job, also in my activity as a musician for over 20 years.
