Redesign of processes and organization of European Supply Chain, from Demand Planning to Distribution and Customer Service (Change Management). Selection and monitoring of a Regional Third Party Logistic Partner. Introduction of a new ERP system: business requirements’ definition, international procedures. Localization and roll-out of SAP. Performance monitoring through KPI systems and reporting. Close interaction with Regional Office (European Operations) and Global (USA).Management of end-to-end Supply Chain in Italy.
