La GSVDESIGN svolge le attività tecniche necessarie per la costruzione, la manutenzione di edifici ed impianti, la diagnosi di infrastrutture, le valutazioni ambientali, d’impatto e strategiche, la pianificazione urbanistica ed il restauro di edifici storici. Raggiunge questi obbiettivi organizzando delle “Business Unit” indipendenti ma che si confrontano con una unità centrale di coordinamento e con la Direzione Tecnica.

I am doing this business for the role of coordinator of design and specifically I built the business unit dedicated to energy efficiency by obtaining the registration AEEG as ESCOs for the management of TEE (securities energy efficiency) today managed by the GSE, I am organizing the construction of an eco-friendly residence of 21 units in the park of the "Roman Castles" and I coordinated the presentation of integrated contracts for major public enties.

My role is to manage the total study including external collaborations. Most of the time I dedicate to the design and construction management, providing assistance and working in the first person in the orders that I'm doing for my clients. The design was created with the needs of customers, my role is to translate architectural dreams and the feelings of my clients.Specifically, the study deals with design of public and private works, sustainable architecture, construction management, safety, fire prevention and assistance to companies engaged in the construction process.
