In Jan 2005 we joined Spectrum Cubic to start up a JV to manufacturing wheels in Policarbonate and ABS with Hidrographics Tecnology.Primarily responsible to set up and start up production lines and industrial specifications, control industrial costs and compare them with budget, control the customers’ requirements and schedule the production to fullfil customer needs.Assign job responsibility and daily performance, develop and implement safety and housekeeping. Manage maintenance operation and coordinate the effort of engineering to develop and implement production cycles and product quality.

Main responsibility was scheduling the production to insure the right and constant output of the mix of models required in schedule to supply the European and East European market. Coordinated the work forces and assembly lines in effort to complete the production mix of over 3000 units daily.Managed the relationship with the three main unions and coordinated the work to maintain and improve the work environment.Managed and coordinated the effort of two maintenance teams and built a preventive maintanance plan that could work in concurrence with production needs.
