He advises Italian and foreign companies in matters related to the corporate criminal liability according to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and the UK Bribery Act 2010. The assistance includes:- Performing Risk Assessment activities, preparatory to the realization of a suitable Internal Control System- Projecting and implementing the compliance programs provided for by Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and the related Protocols (including e.g. Code of Ethics, Disciplinary System, Operating Procedures etc.)- Reviewing and updating the internal procedures of the company.He also acts as a member of several Supervisory Bodies (the so-called “Organismo di Vigilanza”) appointed by companies according to the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.Gianluca worked for several years as legal implant in a multinational group operating in the sector of cars rental as well as in a multinational group operating in the sector of manufacturing and selling cars.
