Over 25 years in precision motorsports and automotive industry working within Ferrari R&D, Formula 3000 and more recently Formula 1 given me an expert-level understanding of the industry.Moving to Yas Marina Circuit, I was part of the team who established the racing school, developed product related operational procedures and I put in place all vehicle controls to ensure consistent high-level performance and world class safety standards. Manage the teams responsible for day-to-day fleet operations including automotive research to provide new ideas for product development opportunities. I also provide leadership and precision motorsports advisory services to maintain our leadership position as the meeting place of champions. Develop and manage operational budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis. Establish metrics for the business to drive decisions. I monitor, measure, and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans against company objectives.
