Current- Sales and Marketing Manager for foreign countries
- Coordination of commercial actitivities and indirect sale force in the areas of competence (Scandinavia, Baltic Republics, Spain and Portugal, Netherlands, U.K. and Ireland, Russia and C.S.I, USA, Australia, India)
- Responsibility over country turnover, margin, profit & loss
- Coordination of business management projects aiming to margin increase and commercial processes efficiency (new pricing mechanisms, quotation and reporting systems, optimization of transport costs, CRM)
- Management of interfunctional projects (private label agreements, logistic platforms outsourcing, internal training)
